Hello.
I've upgraded my Z10 to the last leak, the 10.3.281 by Sachesi and now I wanted to downgrade because I can't use the keyboard (nor even a bluetooth one) so I can't use the wipe out function (because it ask you to write "blackberry" to wipe it) I can't even connect it to BB Link or Sachesi, the camera doesn't work, nor the HUB and even when I manage to try a factory restore via BB Link it restores to 10.3 not to 10.2

Now I don't know what to do, I download an autoload for 10.2.1 for my STL100-3 but it stays in the "connecting to bootrom" stage

Now when I tried a factory restore says error .rim.SLS 255.

What can I do?

HI when it says connecting to boot room take the battery out and then put the battery back

Did you update the 231 apps along with the core and radio files?

Apparently no... And now I can't connect it to Sachesi.. pfff I think that was my mistake.

If you want to downgrade, you have to use autoloader

At this point it sounds like using an autoloader would be your best bet to return your device to a working (and more importantly, stable) state. I wouldn't recommend trying to get the 10.3.2.281 leak working any further at this point since it's a bit of a messy process and your phone is currently in an inconsistent state, even if you were to load the BAR files to it at this point you may encounter other issues.

You could either downgrade to 10.3.1.2582 which is pretty stable, or if you want you can go back to a 10.2.1 build. Just download the correct autoloader for your device and then run it, when it says "Connecting to bootrom", connect your phone via USB and it should be able to flash your phone to whichever version you chose to download.

THANK YOU SO MUCH... you have no idea how much I needed this phone working again. I have a last question. The same way I downgrade to 10.2 via autoload. Can I upgrade to 10.3.2 without worrying about installing other things ?

If you need/rely on your phone, then I recommend avoiding these early 10.3.2.x leaks.

That said, I have no issues with this build. My alarm seems to work just fine too.
