Does anyone know why my docs to go won't type anything. Everything works but typing. No letters will come up.

If you are opening an existing document, you need to press edit.

Anyway, did you try to bring down and up the keyboard? (two fingers swipe from the bezel and two fingers swipe on the keyboard down to hide)

I remember I had that problem on 10.2.0.1761, but installing 10.2.0.1767 fixed that.

Do you have the latest DTG from BB World?

Try to have the lasted version of it, and remember when you have a file already you must type like if you want to deleted for actual typing works

Why can I only open xls file in read only. I get the following error message, "this file is read only due to the following unsupported name formulas: HTML_Control".
