how do you turn of facebook and any other birthday notifications on the Z10

Have a look in your calendar settings because there will normally be a check box that lets you sync your Facebook calendar (events and birthdays) with your BlackBerry calendar. Untick it and those notifications should dissapear.

It's only the same as Legacy OS. In theory.

Got settings, accounts, select Facebook and tweak these settings in there. I turned off notifications do events

How can I only disable Facebook birthday notifications? Don't want to disable other events that usually involve happy hours, parties, and drinking!!!!!!

I'm trying to figure this out. I don't have that much people in my contacts (about hundred), but I still have my calendar full of birthday notifications. And I don't like that.

Same as stated before: settings, accounts, Facebook, Birthday reminders => select none.

I have mine set for no birthday reminders but they are all still in my calender does any one know how to get rid of them from my calander
