    Another cause of the low device memory shortage may be from the old .apk files being left in the Device\downloads folder. Snap (and maybe Amazon Appstore) doesn't delete these files when you update the Android apps. The old .apk files start building up, taking up memory. I check this folder every so often and delete the old files. I don't know if the app needs the most current .apk files to be present in order to work.

    I wish Snap deleted the old .apk files automatically.
