    Hey! I can't send messages in my bbm but I can see updates and they can send me their messages. What to do? Please help

    Hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds, even past the shutdown screen until you see the LED blink and then fade. This kills the power.

    Do that and report back! Good luck.

    Try pressing the top power button, and hitting the restart button when it appears, if that doesn't work, try a battery pull
