    When i want to turn on my z10, nothing happened. It didn't want to on, so i have to charge this phone again and it on. What is going on?

    Check to make sure the battery is making a good contact with the terminals.
    If it is good and clean, it may be you have a battery that is defective.

    Make sure you charged your Battery properly. I know it sounds silly, but sometimes if you don't plug in the charger cable completely, it discharges the battery rather than charging. I would try to recharge first then if still doesn't work try another battery. If that doesn't work my condolences.
