    I'd say 95% of the time I'm connected to wifi, and when I'm not I don't go on apps. But it seems when I'm connected to wifi my data is going up? Can anyone help?

    Likely lapses in your wifi connection. If it drops for the shortest of seconds, your data kicks it. Have you download Data Monitor? You should

    How much? And is it possible to turn off data so it's not being used and it will only allow me to use apps connected via wifi?

    Go to system settings > network connections > mobile network

    Then turn data services off. This will then only use wife when connected to wifi.
