    I work in downtown Houston, and on the 47th floor of the building I'm in. My phone will show the LTE logo, and I'll have 4+ bars. But when I go to access the Internet it will slow down dramatically often not doing anything.

    When I go to send an email it can take up to 30-45 minutes for something to send.

    Is the issue the height at which I'm located? I find it odd I'll have bars and logos and junk but no data access.
