Hello,

After updating to the latest version, I lost all the data.
Is there a way to recover the information? I saw a few programs on the internet that say it can be recovered, but unfortunately, they do not detect the
disk, which is acknowledged by my computer as a network drive...

Help appreciated.

Did you install a leak? If you did it quite clearly stated on each release that you should Back up your data beforehand.

Unfortunately unless you backed up, you're not gonna get that data back

If you did an OTA update from your carrier then this is unusual.

It's not a leak. I used the blackberry.com/update interface to download and install the update. OTA doesn't work for me. All updates i performed i did them this way. I don't understand why it wiped my device....
Regarding the apps, i saw that BYclouder specifically states that Z10 can be recovered. However, it can't :-(

That reloads the stock software it's no different than a leak install. No matter whenever updating even OTA it's always safe practice to do a back up. Sorry to say but your data is lost.
