    Was traveling a few weeks back in Africa. Had data while roaming turned off yet was charged a daily roaming fee by Rogers for the days I arrived. Rogers says thus is a known data issue on z10. Anyone hear about this?

    Bullsh.. I have a Z10 and I travel and when I turn off data when in a location I don't need it or no roaming I am not charged by Bell. Normally for me I turn on Airplane mode and then WiFi - but never an errant charge.

    That is complete nonsense. I travel for work & close my data & use only wifi when away but never had any problems. My co worker though she forgot to turn off her data in her Z10 once in Europe & got a msg from the carrier immediately saying her data was still turned on. Her carrier is Telus though.
