I've been quite vocal since the release of the Z10 for a number of reasons ( hopefully I've been fair in my comments). The primary impact on my business and the one I've been most vocal about, has been the lack of 2 way sync, something that had been one of the BlackBerry signature values for many years. There are other things but this was very important to me and quite consuming. Well they've released the BlackBerry Link update with 2 way outlook calendar and contact sync, and that has taken a huge amount of stress off of us. So albeit, a while coming, it's here and it works so BlackBerry if you read these posts, thanks for getting it done.

I'm hoping that there are some other upgrades coming, fixes as well. But for now, I can get by and the phone seems very well designed and fun to use.
