from time to time web browser is exiting on its own.. i dunno if its crashes or wat but its annoying..your downloading or watching movie or just surfing the net and suddenly it just turn off.... does anyone have a solution for this one and experience the same?

Bit of detail.....what OS are you on? What signal have you got when it crashes? Have you got eight apps open and then try to open a new browser window?

I'd do the following:

• Make sure you have the latest OS update;
• Clear the cache and history (and remember to do that frequently - weekly would be nice);
• Reboot the device by holding both volume rockers.

That should do the trick.

Also, keep in mind that BB10 can only keep 8 apps running at any time.

im in 10.1.0.4181.......... im even using it alone, i i reset the cookies,history and restart still its exiting on its own....

thankyou sir... maybe the latest update will do but still waiting... but i did not try that rebooting thingy with the volume rockers....
