    When I restart my phone my contacts and contact pictures are missing how to recover it.

    Might help to tell us which Z10 you have, which OS version, and why you restarted.

    All contacts gone?
    As we know Z10 always saves contacts to local contacts and sim card automatically.

    No but the contact picture and ring tone for that contacts is missing sometimes that contact may missing

    I have noticed this on a z10 (10.3.3) and passport (10.3.2). There doesn't seem to be a particular pattern, bits of information or entire contacts seem to disappear.

    I notice similar behaviour on my phone, but it seems temporary. After a reboot sometimes it seems it needs another 10-15 minutes to repopulate everything and get going. Not sure why.

    First time it happened was an unpleasant surprise, thought I'd lost all my emails & contacts, but now I don't worry, just let it wait a bit. Not sure if this is your problem though
