Does anyone know the best way to inform BlackBerry about errors that we encounter?

It's not a big deal and it could just be a T-Mobile thing, but I tried to dial a number today and I didn't have service and an "OK" button came up to tell me the number couldn't be dialed but it wouldn't let me push the button or quit the app so I had to restart.

Just wanted to let them know about it.

Go through your vendor. They will escalate to BlackBerry for you.

I am sure you can always try calling or e-mailing BB support. Vendor may not relay all problems if they don't get enough reports.
I once called Blackberry support about my Playbook, they actually stayed on the line trying to figure out how to get me in to warranty so they could service it, they had a pair of excellent guys there. Give them a call, I hope BB did not get rid of their consumer support team.
