In Z10STL100-2/10.2.0.1791, I found lots of profile photos are not shown in the contact list. However, the profile photo is there when I open the contact details.

Is it a known issue in 10.2?

I have the same problem. Same with linking contacts to Facebook & Twitter profiles. Restart my phone & some contacts numbers duplicate no matter how many times I delete them. Only when I restart though.

I've had this issue - I had to add a new (random) photo (on the edit section of the contact) from my pictures and save it. Then you go back to the main contact and select it back to the actual contact photo and then delete the one you added. Lot's of effort to do for each contact but it worked for me.

I'd like to add that the profile photos got disappeared in the contact list after I link the contact to a local, linked-in or another contact. This is definitely a bug and a serious one.

Yes! I figured the same trick would fix it, too. But it's indeed very time consuming.

I think I may have removed a facebook profile photo by mistake in one contact. Is there a way to get it back? Thanks.

Eventually I have removed my facebook account and add it back. I have repeated this a few times until those facebook profile photos are showing up on contacts which are linked to a local or linkin account with no profile photo. Somehow it took a couple of trials and it seems there are indeed some issues.
