Well it was working fine all the time, but solve the problem by deleting link and restalling it

Think it happens when the driver for Windows is mot installed correctly and therefore not giving correct t power. That's why when reinstalling link it worked.

I find that happens if I plug my Z10 in before a Windows User is loaded.

For example if I plug in my device and then switch the computer on, it won't start charging until my profile is loaded and the "USB Connected" chime is heard.
