Alright so question. When you go into the hub and hit compose and then choose "Twitter", it has a "To" field. Now, is that sending like a regular tweet to a specific person or is that sending a DM? Don't really want to test it out with anyone

It's go as DM to your receiver at the top.

Compose is for Direct Message. Tweet is for twittering something.

In the main hub view you'll see the compose button. If you hit it you can choose twitter but this is to compose a DM. To tweet, you have to slide right from the hub and select the Twitter tab. Then at the bottom you'll see tweet. Tap it so send a regular tweet, mention, or whatever . Hope this clears up the confusion.
