    Since the update to Z10STL100-4/10.2.1.1925 my compass and anything that relies on it is not working. Way off - random. Star tracker, for example. "Interference " always shows, even if outside, away from all, even after twisting and turning.
    Unloaded and reloaded - no difference.
    Any fixes out there?

    Have you tried rebooting your device? Most random issues are fixed by this. Or maybe it's having an interference with your wristwatch or something metal?

    Doesn't work to reboot...had this problem for a while now...tried everything with no luck

    If you had this problem on all the OS you installed, then it's probably a hardware problem.

    Don't know...got 3 Z10's in the family and none of them work...thought it might have been hardware but questionable on all 3?

    I also have the same problem with the compass not working correctly. I noticed after updating my z10stl100-4 from BlackBerry os 10.1 to 10.2.1.1925. Very frustrating because it also affects BlackBerry maps, star tracker, and gadget box compass.

    Well, I hope your carrier would release 10.2.1.2141. It's been rolled out worldwide for some time now.

    I agree. Yes- tried rebooting. Worked fine with previous OS so not hardware.
