CNET reviewers never have any interest in BlackBerry product. They never have much good to say.

Cnet is really the last place to go for a review (they're dumber that dog $hit in December). But customer reviews can be good.

Another professional reviewer who is too dumb to use the device - what a shocker!

They spent about one minute of the video actually reviewing the phone. They're too dumb to use the keyboard correctly, too dim witted to use NFC, too stupid to use the magnifying glass... they just come across as total morons.

My favorite part is when she tweets from the camera and says, "The Twitter app is atrocious." You're not even in the Twitter app, you twit! Does your Android let you tweet from the camera!?! What a total dumbazz!

Good thing regular people seem to be more intelligent than these two troglodytes.

I agree. How often do they take a phone they barely know and do a road test. It's like they are learning on the fly and consider it a bad phone. Stupid review.

This is the kinda crap that should get people fired. It poor, but its also basically deceptive lies.....almost court action worthy. Atrocious, and i'd say that even if it was another companies product. This is not fanboy based. Embarrassing "review" all around

CNET always does horrible reviews. Has anyone seen the Prizefight iPhone 5 vs. Blackberry z10???? Worst review ever. But, I've come to expect that from them.

The bad part is that if you know nothing of Z10 and see this your not going to buy one. Yes they are stupid but lot's of people use them. Sad really

I do like the Z10, but I'm not a fanboi, so fair criticism is tolerated - I just didn't see any fair criticisms. These two goofballs shouldn't be allowed near any type of technology.

In my opinion, the only reviews that matter are the ones by actual users if the Z10.

I agree with you. I am a BlackBerry fan but not biased. I think a fair review is what's most important. All OS's are different and up to the user to decide. I just don't like unfair reviews swaying people and not giving a chance for new OS's.

The only way to sell these unfair reviews of BlackBerry 10/the Z10 is to drown them out with positive experiences and buzz from BlackBerry users in the US. The same users who helped make the BlackBerry smartphone a household name (curve, bold etc).

Marketing in the US has failed to make the Z10 viral, despite the obvious benefits of the device in every day use. In terms of apps, BlackBerry shot itself in the foot by promoting "porting" and "cross platform development" versus apps native to BlackBerry, giving reason to buy a BlackBerry OVER another device which has the same apps and is differentiated.

Artificial marketing will not get through to Gen Y. They want transparency. You need to be honest. Having celebrities sell to their fan base is OK, but it's unlikely you'll have the same sales impact as word-of-mouth.

The challenge in the US is if BlackBerry owns less than 5% marketshare, how do you energize your customers to spread the word and help you sell hardware to about 30%? Applying the same marketing strategy as you would to Asia/APEC, Europe, India etc won't help your cause in the US.

I watched the review, and its painful to see a better product getting screwed over.

Yeah, their junk shows in their reviews... the WWDC iOS 7 keynote coverage was laughably positive for what actually was covered. Their rationalization? "Apple doing more of what is already good." Seems like anything but iOS and Android have to have built-in "turns water into wine" functionality to be spared harsh criticism.

Their audio / video equipment coverage is scientific and excellent, but their "personalities" make their personal biases the basis of their on air personae, so they have to maintain that or it weakens their "brand".
