Nothing will happen. Just drain the battery until 0% and shut down. Then put it in the charger and let it sit there for two hours or so without touching it. It should be ok afterwards.

I want to know if its working? Mine had this problem just today.. thanks...
The Z10 can't be drained to 0% as it automatically switches off itself when battery is less than10%. Still this method worked for me.

The Z10 can definitely be drained down to 0%, I do this every day.
However, if yours doesn't, do the following. Drain it until it shuts down. Put it in the wall charger and let it sit there for (at least) two hours until it's fully charged. Once it's fully charged, do a reboot. Hold down both volume buttons until the BlackBerry logo shows up.
This should fix the issue. I've had it happen to me at times. The battery is working as expected, the OS displays a wrong percentage.

It's nice yours does but I myself would not drain it that far every day. These batteries do not like to be drained all the way, yes no harm if it happens at times but I wouldn't make a habit of it.
What I always do is taking off the battery and plug the charging cable in and wait until the red led, wait until the red led is gone and blackberry sign will be out. After that you can unplug it and insert back the battery and charge it again. It could be start charging from where is stops or automatically it's 100% charged.
