    I did, I swapped over to using PayPal and haven't had any issues since.

    Just billed an app for $3.99 and had no issues. Two weeks ago I charged $14.99 to my AT&T account with out issues as well

    The problem is, I try to charge PayPal too but, I have multiple cards and it's trying to charge the older cards that don't work and when I try to take those cards off PayPal doesn't let me

    Usually you can change which card its charged to when processing the transaction but haven't used my PayPal account with BlackBerry world yet so not sure. Do it all the time with ebay transactions though.

    That message comes up due to a limit that the carrier set so that you don't have a crazy bill. That's how it was explained to me by AT&T
