Hey guys, not sure if this has been discussed before, I was wondering if there is a way to get the Mazda logo to appear on the lock screen when my phone is connected with my in car system (2014 mazda3), right now on the lock screen it only says ''connected to your mazda''

What's your OS version? (Settings > About > OS from drop-down)

If you're on a recent OS 10.2.1, you should be seeing it when paired to the Mazda.

I looked on the Mazda website, but couldn't find much info about the Bluetooth setup. I'll assume it's similar to my 2014 Nissan.

Your device is obviously recognizing it's connected to the Mazda, so the question is, how is it communicating? On your device, go to Blutooth, then long press on your Mazda entry. From the popout menu at the right, choose "device details" and make sure all available options are on. Go back to your main blutooth screen and tap "configure" at the bottom. You should see an option for "rSAP", turn it on. Then reboot your device and connect with your car. Any change?

If not, I can only suggest drilling down into the Bluetooth setup options in the Mazda's onboard computer. There may be a setting there that needs to change.

Yeah that's exactly the issue I'm having, it knows it's Mazda but for some reason it doesn't show me the Mazda logo.

with the new update I now have a Nissan logo when it use to be Volvo (I drive a Volvo and have never driven or even rode in a Nissan). How do I get my Volvo logo back?
