I just restarted my Z10 and for some reason it doesn't allow me to open any application, from settings to bbm, nothing.

Help?

shut the phone down. if you can't shut it down then take the battery out. put the battery back in and let it boot.

Held the power button for 10 seconds, took the battery out, took the sim card out, took the memory card out and still not working

I had the same problem. Did a battery pullout and it came back to normal.. but u wanna ask if anyone knows the reason for this problem ???

I tried everything, now my laptop doesn't even recognize my blackberry device.

Remove the battery and plug in the USB and see if Link recognizes it. Maybe reboot the laptop and try again. Also, do you have the most recent version of bblink (within the last week or so)

Happened twice to me yesterday and just did a restart of the phone. Works well now. But idk what caused it.
