help!!! i cant receive nor send bbm messages; email, text, internet are ok. I am on the latest OS update: 10.1.0.273. I have since taken everything apart and restarted the device endlessly to no avail

I can browse, use whatsapp, receive bbm messages but can't send them since the last two days. Called my carrier who gave me BlackBerry's number. BlackBerry told asked me if I had a BlackBerry 10 device, I said yes... they told me that in Saudi Arabia they are having issues with the 10 devices and are fixing the issue... when it will be solved... they did not provide me a date. usually my messages go before 12:00 pm (local time), but that too takes anywhere from 2 minutes to a few hours. After 12 they refuse to go. But i can recieve messages. Hope they sort it out soon.

ok i ve cracked it; i always have both mobile network & wifi on, so i switched both off and turn on only mobile network and a surge of messages came through!
