Somehow I have deleted my computer from file manager and can not pair it again. I have tried reinstalling BlackBerry Link, turning off remote file access. Any help?

    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!!
Do you mean the Bluetooth access to your pc from your phone? I would open the BT control panel and see if you can pair them again.

He means being able to access it from anywhere using the cell network or wifi.

Do you mean pairing through blue tooth? You don't need to do that if you are. Be sure you have signed in to link using the same blackberry id you use on your phone. The I believe it's in the little settings cog, make sure you have remote access enabled. ( sorry, I'm not at my computer, going from memory) if you've done that and it's not working, then look through these forums for another thread with a pretty close title. Someone was giving advice of removing your phone from link and re-adding it, but I don't remember the specifics. Also I remember someone else saying that they were somehow locked in to link with a prior device. Good luck! You'll love it once you get it working.

Are you guys confirming that 'remote access' between my Z10 and my computer at home should be possible from a wifi enabled site elsewhere? I get remote access from within my house but I have never achieved it from a distant location. When I try, having setup BB Link and established comms between device and computer, I get "computer not online". Any comment?

When I have experienced this I refreshed the device on Link and rebooted Link. Was wirelessly paired after that.
