    Whenever I try to take people on conference call, the message pops up " can't join calls. Please try again." Even on OS 10.1, the same problem was there.
    Can anybody help me in this regard please?

    Did you try with different numbers?

    Does your plan allow for using this feature? You could check with your carrier.

    I just tested here and it's working (and I know my plan allows me to).

    Thanks for the response. Yes I have tried on many numbers and my plan also supports the conference calls. Earlier I owned a Nokia and I used to conference calls without any hitch.

    One more problem, there are some video format which I guess is mp4, doesn't play at all, though the video gets downloaded fully... please somebody help me in these two issues ....
