    I updated my z10's OS 10.2.1.2xxx and installed snap app. Then I followed up the guide from Crackberry but it doesn't work. For example, I downloaded Viber for Myanmar app from Snap. Then tapped the "Open Installer" button. At that time, appeared processing and stuck in this stage. I have waited for 1 or 2 hours, but it never work. Kindly help me to install apk directly via Snap.

    To install from Snap, that's exactly what you need to do.
    Uninstall snap and reinstall it (sideload) it. Then try again.

    Remember to temporarily put your device in developer mode.

    Once Snap installs, then turn off developer mode.

    You also have to enable install apps from sources other than bb world.
