Hi folks,

I've setup quite a few Z10's now but came across three devices today that would not download the 6MB update, therefore the phones are currently useless. The SIM cards in the phone are active and I've tried connecting to multiple WIFI networks with no luck. Is there a way to download the update through BlackBerry Link? Not that I can see...It just says "Disconnect your device from your computer, complete the setup process on the device and then reconnect the device to your computer.

i'm sure you know but for those that don't you can't be connected to wifi to download then, these are carrier updates pushing carrier tools so it has to be connected to your mobile network to downlaod them, i had no issue doing this once my sim was active with my cellular info, they tried to install it over wifi with another guy and he was there for 3 hours while rogers tried to update this

I don't know about that...I've had a bunch of devices with no SIM in them that I connected through WIFI and downloaded the 6MB update just fine!

That's quite odd that you could.

In that case, have you tried removing the SIM cards and trying again since that has worked for you with some others?
