    Brand new Z10, will not save attachments, and this is the error I keep getting. I'm using a memory card that was also used on a bold, reformatted the card, but it's still not working. Anyone know what this is about?

    Edit: It took restoring to factory settings twice, but the attachment problem worked itself out.

    Yeah, this is one for the memory banks. Can't open attachments = bad OS = restore

    Yeah. I may not have given it enough time to kick in after the first restore, but I got impatient, so I did it again, through link, it looked like it wasn't working, so I called support again, and attachments started opening again when the tech got on the line.
