Is your Z10 in developer mode? Are you entering the correct password? If you have a PlayBook and a Z10, are you selecting the correct IP Address upon connection?

Does it work with other .bar files or are all of them giving you trouble? If its just the WhatsApp .bar that's giving you problems, try deleting it and redownloading it.

I've had good luck using IP address 169.254.0.1 no matter what the WIFI address actually is.
