    I am failing to access BBM from the HUB, i keep getting an error msg. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

    put your phone on air plane mode and hard reset it by pushing +volume and -volume at the same time till you get BlackBerry logo, after rebooting just unset the air plane mode and wait the phone to settle , and try the hub

    did you have BBM channels? if not just search for betazone in app world, install it, open it and install BBM channels, (installing this you will loose the dark theme for BBM)

    v got bbm channels installed, I did a reset by continuously pressing the power button, on STL100-1 won't reset with the volume buttons, still doing the same thing
