I have seen a few threads that address similar issues but nothing has fixed mine.

I am not able to send picture mms while on EDGE, however I am able to while on 4G. I have checked all settings according to t-mobile's website and have done the normal restart and such. Does anyone have any ideas. It acts like it will start to send for about 10 seconds and then will just get the red icon. When I try to send it again the same thing happens. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you.

Edge is 2G, I do not believe it has the capacity to send MMS. However, I haven't used EDGE in so long, I'm more than likely wrong

Shouldn't be a problem. I used to send MMS messages on my old 8100 Pearl. It was an EDGE only phone. I didn't do it a lot, because it was slow as heck, but it worked.

Not much help, I know. But just confirming that it should work.

MMS goes over the carrier mobile network, so it could be an issue with them.
