    I did backup my apps n media from my 10.1 OS before installing the official OS 10.2 but after updating I'm not able to restore from it. It shows up an error, sometimes my phone restarts on its own while trying to restore. Or is there any other way to restore .bbb file to my Z10?

    Why restoring? OTA update doesn't wipe anything.

    As chiphazard mentioned, there shouldn't be any need for a restore. OTA's do not overwrite or delete any apps or data.
    Strange that you're having issues though. I've installed 10.2 leaks and successfully restored from Link.

    I wiped the device just before installing the update cuz I had only about 100mb free memory available on my device memory. so if I backup and then restore I'll get almost half of the memory available.

    Did you try restoring all together? Maybe try settings first then...

    I didn't do a backup of settings. I tried doing a restore with sachesi but it's showing and error message "cannot open the file". I lost hope in restoring so am gonna start from scratch.
