I've been experiencing the phone not being able to make calls. However when I reboot the phone it works. This happens regardless of whether I call from the contact list or directly from the dial pad. Anyone experiencing this?

Any solution?
How do we know if blackberry are looking into it?

No, it's slightly different.
Never had issue with data.
Phone is on o2 though.

But I just realised I don't receive calls. It gives the ringing sound on the other phone, but my z10 just doesn't react.

Just turned wifi off. Data not working either.

Another reboot on the way.
What a shame (had the phone since UK launch, but only started having problems now)

In my case, on the phone that is calling me says that I am not available although my phone is turned on and fulls bars H+ signal. I bought the phone on the 6th of feb, and started having this problems 6 days ago

Check your volume control is turned up. Then recheck your profile setting. I saw it once that the volume was turned down to silent and when turned up again the profile didn't change. Haven't seen it again since.

If is still under warranty, save yourself from headache, just send it back and you may get a new unit...

It's new. Came with the phone. Doing the OS update in the meantime, then will post back if it happens again, but, to me, it's software related.

Went to ask for a new sim card at the operator 2 day ago. Mine works fine since then.. so it was a sim problem in my case
