    I keep entering, but it pops me back up to the top of the page whenever I click get voucher. Any help?

    If your PIN is associated with a carrier that isn't in Skype's list of countries for the promo, you won't be able to.

    If it is, then you could email Skype's support and ask them to check what's going on.
