have been trying to backup my Z10 so that i can go ahead with 10.3, but somehow BB Link just not doing the backup.
Help, Anyone.

The only recommendation I have is to make sure that Link is up to date.

yes, Linnk is updated with the latest version.

Connect via data cable (USB) not wifi... if you updated link, you should use the cable

Make sure you're using the same bbid in link as on the device.

Also, try turning off wifi on the phone (it works for some). Reboot both devices and give it another try.

Hello everyone!

Sorry to bring this old post back to life, but I'm having the exact same issue with Link.

I've tried on three different computers (one Win 7 and two Win 8.1), Link is updated to the last version, tried to install Link that came with Blend and Link "stand-alone" from BlackBerry's website (BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - US). I already have a incident ticket open with BlackBerry, but nothing yet.

Anyone got this issue solved?
