    I have searched the whole internet and I haven't found any solutions...I called Blackberry Technical Support and they tried they're best.I tried everything deleting apps,airplane mode everything you can call.Its really getting on my nerves I really need to backup!Help!

    I wasn't able to backup my Z10 as well until i took out the memory card.

    try removing then reinstalling blackberry link. i helped in my case.
    dont try to repair the installation, just uninstall, then install again.

    This worked for me too...I uninstalled BB Link, then downloaded it again....worked fine

    What carrier are you on? I'm on Telus and I could not backup until they released the update to 10.0.10.85
    Now I'm backing up fine. Are you on Bell? I heard they haven't released the update yet.

    I had the same problem, uninstalled and reinstalled Link still didnt work. Then deleted my apps 1 by 1 then finally it backed up, think it was the Saving Yello that caused it for me. Hope this helps.

    I found the app (so have at least 3 others) Presidents Choice Recipe Box prevented backups to complete. Once removed backup with BB Link was flawless.

    Someone of technical support people in Bell says it will be pushed on March 7th!
