    Sorry brother, it doesn't not work with the Z10 and it never will because eof it's hardware. All other BlackBerry 10 devices support it.

    The STL-1 has the hardware, but non of the other Z10 models do. And thus BlackBerry will probably not turn this feature on for those with the STL-1.

    The z10 does not and never will support miracast as it lacks the hardware to do so.


    edit: I stand corrected-- the STL-1 does have the hardware--thanks !

    Long story short. You have a Z10. You have no support for Miracast. Simple as that.

    If you still want to know, for whatever purpose, then take a look at the side of the box it came in or go to Settings > About.

    Again people the question is general question for someone that just got a blackberry z10. thanks for the honest answers but the sarcastic reply is not wanted.

    I am running through the phone and trying to see its limitations and what it can and can not do.

    Asked and answered in other threads. BB is too lazy or cheap to employ anyone to create a separate OS that does not contain it. Easier just to maintain ONE OS even if the feature is useless and not enabled.
