It means RIM shot themselves in the foot, yet again. Anyways, i cant wait for the new BB 10 devices. I am a qwerty kinda fan, but will give the all touch a chance.

This is an interesting tradeoff. OMAP 4470 is significantly more powerful than the MSM8960, but uses an older manufacturing tech, thus battery life will suffer a bit. The MSM8960 though offers LTE. If only the US and Canadian markets are getting the 8960 ( LTE bands are NA only), I presume that means no LTE for other markets, even if they've already implemented it, like Japan and Korea.

This would be kind of disappointing if international markets didn't get LTE. I shuttle between Dubai and India (Bangalore), both cities which already have or are getting LTE very soon

The camera is supposed to be an autofocus and as someone else posted here it has a lower aperture than Apple's iPhone 5. That should technically mean it will have amazing low light performance assuming the camera sensor is modern as well.

Hopefully the lens is good enough for nice macro shots.

Not to mention that Australia has LTE as well from Telstra (they call it 4G here) -> I'm sure it'll be available in places other than just the US and Canada.

Australia uses Band 3, it's not listed as one of the bands on the leaked spec sheet. The listed bands are all US and Canada bands.

Look at this most here http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...ne-5-a-758417/

auto focus works very well, and you can drag the focus point around the screen to whatever you want to be in focus in the shot

I hope it doesn't have one of those black cloth shrouds that you have to put over your head. I hate those. And the flash powder igniter better be native.

If it's got one of those little cranks on the side where you have to wind it up, RIM's totally shooting themselves in the foot again.

Also, the auto-focus question was answered above. It has it. The Dev Alphas have it and my Dev Alpha has it. We've been told it will have it. Also: it has it.

RIM won't make the same mistake of not adding an auto focus because they know there were So many complaints about it not having it on the 9900.
