So just need a little help getting pointed in the right direction here. I have the most recent leaked OS on my tmo Z10 and am looking for the tmo usa factory image to restore my device to default 10.0. Problem is the Link software restore does nothing for me at all, and the internet explorer check for software updates from the bb website as mentioned in this forum fails to find any update. I'm just looking for the stock tmo usa 10.0 OS if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance,

I you have updated to the latest BlackBerry link, the reload option might not be working for you.

Read this thread thoroughly and see if that helps.

Thanks for that link, but not sure if I'm comfortable intentionally bricking my phone.. I wonder if anyone has links to previous versions of BB Link as the reload option only seems to be broken in this iteration?
