    Technically the answer to your question would be yes.. IF you had the upgrade files for the OS.. they could be sideloded by any of your preferred side loading methods..

    BUT since I assume you are referring to the leaks coming out on this forum, the answer is no. They are autoloader files that run on their own, you just plug your device into your PC, click the file and the rest is automatic. No software is needed or will work for that matter.

    If you're side loading upgraded 'apps' you're not really enjoying the 'core' upgrade that only an autoloader does.
