    My BlackBerry Z10 Suddenly turned OFF and not turning ON. When i removed the battery and kept it, phone turn's ON get boots and turn's OFF. Initially reboot my phone thinking it could be a software problem it worked for few hours and again turned OFF and didn't get ON. I had gave my phone to BB service center they told me the same its a software problem, they update the software, It worked for two hours and again its turned OFF and same problem repeats. Can any one help me ,What could be the Root cause for this??
