Thank you! Thank you. Can't believe I didn't notice it was there before. Your screenshot does look a little bit different from mine. I am running the OS 10.2.01233. Instead of the On/Off switch. I just have open mute key box to check and uncheck.

Now every time I am on a call that stupid mute button mutes - Can I assign that key to be nothing? Also, how can I get to text messages or phone book while on a call? I try to swipe up, and it just ends the call. Its really annoying.

Do you have a case on that obstructs the bottom bezel? I have no issues swiping up while on a call. Don't think key can be reasigned.

To address another screen or app while in an active call, press the dial pad and then you can swipe up and go to text, contacts, etc. as it apparently inactivates the end call function.....works like a charm. Have a great day!!!!
