so my Z10 wont load completely after being left for hours attempting. two days ago i had clicked on a outloader link within the crackberry app from a discussion ...it was for the OS 10.3.... upgrade. At that time nothing happened, when i restarted my phone yesterday ... it wont load ..what to do ? The BB link application does not recognize my phone when i try to install 10.2

Remove the battery and keep it out and try BBLink again.

If that fails, try using an Autoloader that matches your device model and the OS you want. They can be found in the OS Leak subforum. And again, try first with the battery in and then with the battery out.

thanks bro, i did what you said ...only thing i did it before i read this lol....so i need help with something else
the WIFI is inconsistent and now the device wont browse ... i used the autoloader to get the 10.3 OS installed ...it was working ok then it stopped....also some android apps dont work like instagram and clash of clans

I guess at this point, I suggest using an Autoloader or BBLink to install the official OS from your carrier if possible and see if things work properly. Using a leak when things are not working right does not show how it works on an official OS.

Are you on leaked 10.3.0.1418 ? I have loaded leaked 10.3. 0.1418 mega and have many issues

3. Cannot load 1 mobile market

I have doing a few device hard reset , factory reset and reload BlackBerry link.
