Could you tell us what device you have, which OS and if you have any Android apps on your phone that use the camera?

Previously running at 10.1 when updated to 10.2.0.415 the problem started. No android app installed.

Reload the software. Seems like the best thing to do at the moment.
Doesn't sound like a hardware problem either.

Or you can test out the equipment if you want to. In app world, there's an app called virtual expert, it's by bb.
Edit : actually, do the eyes first.

Make sure you don't have an app that doesn't require the use of the camera.

Like a flashlight app.

Good day everybody.... i am having the same issue. Z10 STL100-1 uodated to 10.2 also getting very hot very quickly. First it was just the front camera and now the back one as well.

BBVE cannot test as it doesnt have permission when I check permissions it is allowed to
