    My camera is not working, when I open it, it just shows the camera icon & it just stays like that. How do I sort that out?

    Have you tried rebooting the device.
    Either hold the volume rockers until you see the device reboot
    Or hold down the power button until you see the phone is restarting and the BlackBerry logo comes on screen.
    Also make sure your OS is up to date
