I got an official upgrade to 10.0.10.738. WhatsApp works fine. However, I have noticed something strange. The smart dialing option is presented when the phone is "Factory". However when I restore my phone using BlackBerry link, it's magically gone. I think I might have stumbled across a unique bug. I guess these things happen with a new operating system.

I'm enjoying the phone so far. Don't have a digicel sim so I never tried it on that network.

yep, that looks like the latest build. Seen a thread highlighting the update is rolling out in Europe...You can always tweet to BBRY the issue or create a new thread highlighting the issue and get the general consensus of the STL100-2 users! Anyway, enjoy the Z10! Cheers

Ever since I upgraded to 10.1 on my Z10 STL100-1, i dont even have smart dialing in phone settings again! Anyone else experience this. As it is I can't even adjust the international prefix etc

I am from trinidad, i have tried saving numbers every possible way and changed everything i could in smart dialing it doesnt work. All i see when i receive a call is "unknown number". Its very frustrating as i dont know who i am receiving a call from, worst yet, i dont know whose call i missed. The previous BB was much better what to do????????

Yes I chck this issue with local mobile company & they ooffered me a patch to overcome the issue...
No more CI probs....

I own a z10 and this bug is enough reason for me to switch to the iPhone. How can you make this kind of mistake on a phone
