    When I receive a call on my Z10. When I swipe finger to green button it it studs on it 3 seconds after that call connects.. help!

    Interesting!

    I think a battery pull could help, and if that doesn't work, you may need to reload the OS.

    Try the battery pull, and let us know if it works!

    You can either pull the back door off your BlackBerry Z10, and remove the battery. Wait 30 seconds, and place the battery back in the device, and power it back on.

    You can also hold the volume up AND volume down buttons at the same time until the device shuts off.
