Dear Community,

Starting last week, call logging is not working anymore on my Z10 ... I don't know what's happened. I tried to flush the call history and it is actually flushed, but no more records are registered anymore. This concerns "All calls" and "missed calls".

Any idea on how to solve this ?

I just looked around my z10 and don't see a place to toggle the log on/off. Have you pulled the battery to reboot the phone?

Thanks for your reply, I just flushed the call history again and it seems to be back in service ... let's finger cross.
But for now, I can confirm that my issue has been fixed !

Had this happen about 1 month ago
Still no solution other than a full on reset
