    My wife is having a problem on her Z10, with appointments, she tells me that they don't seem to stay on her hand held for ever. I searched on my Z10 there seems to be no settings to indicate how long you wish to save them. Help I back up on phone regular my wife only if she has nothing better to do "what can I say". Tks

    Assuming the calendar is isynced with an email account like Gmail or outlook.com, and that the device is on a recent OS version...

    Go to Settings > Accounts, choose the account the calendar is tied to, then tap "Advanced" at the bottom. Scroll down to "Calendar Sync Timeframe. From the drop-down, select "All days". That should do it.
